KeyDrop Hotel Alerts
KeyDrop is a product of Phonemine LLC (Colorado). KeyDrop Hotel Alerts are sent by Phonemine LLC.
KeyDrop Hotel Alerts are optional text message (SMS) and automated phone call alerts for hotel staff who work with a KeyDrop key return box: front desk staff, housekeepers and managers. Alerts are about your own hotel’s key boxes and rooms:
- Subscription notices: confirmations when you subscribe to, add or remove key boxes.
- Key returns: a room returned all of its keys, only some of its keys, or its last key; keys returned for several rooms at once; a card that is not matched to a room.
- Wrong items in the box: a card from another property, or an item that may be a payment card or ID.
- Housekeeping and room status: departure check and cleaning requests, reminders when a check has not started, items left behind reported by housekeeping, room ready, and late checkout reminders.
- Box status: the box is nearly full, full or was emptied; low battery; the box went offline or came back online.
- Security alerts: the box was tilted or opened without authorization. Urgent security alerts may also come as an automated phone call.
- Monthly summaries: key returns, keys not returned, time from key drop to room ready, and a note that the monthly report is ready.
Alerts go only to staff. They do not include guest names or guest phone numbers. Alerts are operational only: we never send marketing messages, and we never share or sell your number. Message frequency varies with your hotel’s activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Support: support@phonemine.org · 303-865-0856. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
